Lead times vary depending on the item ordered. Some items are in-stock and ship immediately, while others are made to order with lead-times of 12 weeks or more via SEA freight.

Yes, we are happy to package your order and have it ready for you to pick up from our Sonoma store. For in-stock items, pick up on average can occur within 24 hours or sooner by request. Once your order is placed, we will confirm your available pick up window.
All stocked items ship from our Sonoma warehouse or from partner warehouses. All special orders ship from factories in the U.S and Europe.
Quick-ship means an item is in-stock and ready to ship. It may be shipping from our warehouse or from a partner warehouse elsewhere in the U.S. Lead time for quick ship items is 6 weeks or less.

We offer complimentary shipping on all accessories. All furniture orders will be charged shipping unless noted on the item. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. White Glove delivery is available for an additional fee and will be presented before checkout.
