Please know, your order(s) will be taxed unless valid tax exemption documentation has been received prior to order placement. Email hello@jak-w.com for trade tax exemptions and account activation.

We offer complementary shipping on all accessory orders. All furniture orders will be charged shipping unless noted on the item. Shipping Fees will be calculated at checkout.  White-Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee and will be presented before checkout.

Yes! JAK W is happy to send textiles and finish samples. There is no charge for this service unless expedited. Please contact your local JAK W Design Advocate at hello@jak-w.com or 800-743-5730 for more information.

Lead times vary depending on the item ordered. Some items are in-stock and ship immediately, while others are made to order with lead-times of 12 weeks or more via SEA freight.

Quick-ship means an item is in-stock and ready to ship. Lead time for quick ship items is 6 weeks or less.

We would love to get you your item as quickly as possible. To find out if your item is eligible for expedited shipping, contact help@jak-w.com and reference your order number.

We will email you directly once your item ships with tracking information. If you would like an update on your order please contact us at 800-743-5730 or help@jak-w.com.

Your order will be shipped the most efficient method and will depend on many factors such as size, location of the factory, and destination.

All stocked items ship from our Sonoma warehouse or from partner warehouses. All special orders ship from factories in the U.S and Europe.

Some items will need to be assembled. If your item requires White Glove Delivery. This can be included at an additional cost.
