Scope of work: Space planning, furniture, custom millwork, finishes, lighting and art consultation.
Dalida draws on Mediterranean and Latin warmth, pairing organic forms and natural materials with careful spatial planning. A palette of cool greens, ecru, and mustard echoes the lush surroundings of the Presidio, while reclaimed wood, stone, leather, and ceramics soften the building's more masculine architecture.
The project is a case study in doing more with less — preserving the building's history and reusing existing materials wherever possible, rather than starting from scratch.
