Care instructions

Our felt accessories are very easy to care. In case of stain it should be cleaned immediately with a damp sponge and soap without letting the stain penetrate the felt. It can also be washed abundantly with water by rubbing it with soap. Squeeze after rinsing, without wringing too hard. It is necessary to reshape them during drying.

Muskhane

Made in France, handmade in Nepal

Muskhane grew out of a humanitarian mission to Nepal more than twenty years ago and a wish to share the country's craft heritage. Designed in Annecy, France, every piece is made by hand in workshops in the Kathmandu Valley, mostly from felted wool, along with lokta paper, hemp, nettle fibre and brass.

Sustainability: artisans have permanent jobs with fair pay and good working conditions. Muskhane reuses wool scraps as cushion and pouf filling, avoids plastic in its shipping, offsets its CO2 through the climate NGO GERES, and supports charities in Nepal.
