Long Drink Spoon

Cutipol is a family company founded in 1963 in northern Portugal, a region that has made cutlery since the 13th century. Three generations of the Ribeiro family have shaped the business, which still designs its pieces, builds its own moulds and makes everything in its factory near Braga. A single piece can pass through up to 28 steps, many of them finished by hand, and each one is inspected individually before it leaves.

Built to last: Cutipol flatware is made for restaurants and hotels as well as homes, and the company designs it to last many lifetimes rather than to be replaced.
