About the maker

Bensen

Made in Canada

Bensen was founded in Vancouver in 1981 by Danish-Canadian industrial designer Niels Bendtsen. His furniture pairs Scandinavian restraint with a clean, contemporary North American sensibility. Bendtsen and his team design every piece and oversee its production, with manufacturing in Vancouver and in Pordenone, Italy. The goal has always been honest, simple pieces, built well and fairly priced.
